How to Use
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry lashes using the applicator. Sweep along the lash line like eyeliner. Allow to dry fully before applying other products. Use daily for best results.
Optional: Apply to clean, dry eyebrows to help condition and enhance the appearance of fuller-looking brows.
